Dr. Gwanyama Noella is a passionate medical professional, dynamic leader, and advocate for transformative change in healthcare and personal development. As the founder of Talk Pregnancy with Dr. Noella (TPWDN), she is dedicated to promoting maternal and neonatal health by addressing the root causes of maternal and neonatal mortality. Dr Noella is a Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumna who studied leadership in Civic engagement at the University of Delaware United States alongside other great leadership programs which has inspired her to Co-found the Cameroon Young Physician Network as a way of giving back to society.Driven by a commitment to excellence and innovation, Dr. Noella’s work inspires others to lead with purpose, embrace their passions, and make a lasting difference in their communities.
Dr. Jean Junior Eye Ngoa

Dr. Jean Junior Eye Ngoa

Vice President

Dr. Jean Junior Eye Ngoa is a dedicated medical doctor, health leader, and research scholar committed to transforming healthcare in Africa. As Chief Medical Officer at Clinique des Cités-Sarl, he leads impactful programs addressing malaria, HIV, and polio. He also serves as Regional Director for Central Africa at the Afromed Academy of Medical Research and Innovation, advancing collaborative healthcare solutions. Dr. Jean’s global contributions include roles as associate researcher at the Triad Research Foundation and site-based coordinator for the University of Washington e-learning courses in the Department of Global Health. He founded the Medical Art Academy to address community health issues, blending mental health and music therapy, benefiting patients and students alike. As an alumnus of YALI RLC and a social media manager for health professionals, he founded the Health Digit Program in public management. This post-training community service initiative equips healthcare professionals with digital-era tools to contribute to the digital health revolution and give back to the community. Dr. Jean’s visionary leadership inspires efforts to advance healthcare equity and innovation as Vice President of the Cameroon Young Physician Network.

Dr. Platine Nyuyki is a visionary who's relentless in improving health access equity with a firm in the role of digital technology in fostering this agenda. Platine has built striving youth lead initiatives notably Health First and E-Health Doctors with dozens of young volunteers empowering, impacting, and transforming their communities. Driven by the need to raise young physician change agents, he could founded the Cameron Young Physicians Network. As a firm believer in transformational leadership, he enjoys partaking in transformational leadership programs, being mentored and pays it forward by mentoring his peers and colleagues to follow their specific passions to improve lives.

Beckely is a seasoned medical professional and scientist with 5+ years of experience in delivering high-quality patient care, driving healthcare innovations, and leading cross-functional teams. He has earned certifications in leadership, healthcare management, public health, and research methodology. He is presently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Health and Humanitarian Medicine at Médecins Sans Frontiers, United Kingdom. He aspires to explore Leadership in Health, Research, and Global Health Policy. He founded Karios Group, an organization that thrives in health education, career orientation, and personal development.He hails from the southwest region of Cameroon, is married, and is the father of two.

His background in medicine has given him a unique perspective on how technology can be used to improve outcomes. He is committed to using this expertise to help organizations leverage the cloud to achieve their business objectives.He is the author of the book titled; 'Take The Leap: A Doctor’s Guide to Transitioning into IT'.In every role he undertakes, Samba Otavise’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and social impact shines through. His visionary mindset and dedication to humanity continue to inspire and uplift those around him.
Jordan Kaze Tenda

Jordan Kaze Tenda

Faculty Ambassador for the North West Region

Tenda Kaze Jordan is a 7th-year medical student at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Bamenda. He served as a translation assistant for the Cameroon Medical Student Association from 2021-2022. Tenda is also one of the co-founders of the West Medical Student Association, where he currently serves as the president. It is a nonprofit organization with the primary aim being to bring together medical students from the western region of Cameroon studying medicine in the Northwest and Southwest. He has also engaged in several health promotion activities such as health campaigns, vaccination, and sensitization campaigns.
