Dr. Otavise’s dedication to healthcare and technology innovation is evident throughout his career. Initially trained as a Medical Doctor, he expanded his expertise as a Cloud Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer. Currently, he serves as Business Development Manager at @iConz Limited Cameroon, Chief Marketing Officer of EpochZero, and Founder and CEO of Solavise Technologies Institute, where he leads initiatives in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Data Science and Machine Learning, and Cyber Security to empower individuals with digital skills.
At EpochZero, he oversees strategic marketing for a company that addresses Africa’s healthcare access challenges. By leveraging AI-driven radiology solutions, EpochZero automates diagnostic workflows, significantly reducing patient wait times across underserved regions.
Additionally, he acts as the Board Chair of Rainbow Nutraceuticals and Phytomedicine (RBPHYNUMED) and Co-Founder of Wisdom Cooperation Cameroon, focusing on educational development for young people from high school into professional education.
As the Co-Founder of Medics In Tech, he serves as the Director of Advocacy & Outreach. In this role, he identifies and cultivates partnerships with tech experts, healthcare professionals, organizations, and volunteers, including regional coordinators and governments. He facilitates the exchange of ideas and resources through networking events and workshops.
